1,000 Likes Achievement…Thank You!!!

You guys…this is a  very big deal to me.

This is the second notification I’ve received, and you all know the first one was the 100 follower one I posted just recently. This is HUGE to me, better than followers! I could have a 1,000 followers, and if they didn’t like my posts, it wouldn’t matter. This, to me, is the important achievement: it makes me feel like you guys really read my posts and care!

So thank you again for being my blogger friends. I wouldn’t want to do this without you. I love that we can talk about anything in addition to books, and you guys listen and cheer me on.

So thank you, and I like you all 1,000 times!!

    1. Exactly! I saw someone who had reached 1,000 followers, and I was impressed, but I realized I would rather have so many likes than so many followers. It’s all about the personal connections I make with each of you. You are a part of my heart. Thank you for being a part of it. 😘

    1. Thank you! Yeah, if you’re following but not reading or caring, what’s the point?
And I’ll cheer to that! 🍻
(You know you’re my favorite anyway, right? I hope the next book swap I can be your partner! I would make sure you got a US copy of a book. And then you could send me a UK one! It would be so cool! 😁📚)
      Love ya! ❤️

      1. Exactly, I’m not following too many people I’ll admit but I do take the time to read the posts of the people I do follow, and at least like them all if not comment on most!
Aww, thanks, you’re one of my most favourites on WordPress too. And that would be amazing! I’d love a US edition of a book, and there are plenty of UK ones that are really gorgeous as well!
        Love ya too. 😀 ❤

    2. Good! We will be book pen pals…waiting for the next book swap!
Yeah, I have 327 emails because I read or at least skim every single post, and at least like or comment on all of them. You guys do it for me, I can at least do it for you…even if I’m always behind! The sentiment is there.
But I only follow back book bloggers usually…I have one or two other bloggers that follow me, but it’s not the same. I usually just like their stuff. I used to feel obligated to follow back, but I’m a book blogger, and that’s what I focus on. I’m sure you are the same way!

      1. Definitely, it’ll be great to have a book pen pal! 😀
Wow that’s a lot of emails! And yeah I feel like I can get behind at tmes but every free moment I have is dedicated to reading and commenting on people’s blog posts. It’s worth it in the end to be able to talk to all the people I follow! 😀
I follow a few other non-book blogs but I usually just like their stuff, I still read the posts and all but yeah I focus on books like you! 🙂

    1. Thank you, darling girl! Can’t wait to see your new box opening!! I showed the one with the scarf to my mom to encourage a subscription box for me…I’m unsure if it worked on her. Your daughter is lucky that you share the love of reading together!!

    2. Imogen is your daughter, right? I’m only asking because it seems like you do a lot together, and though you look young, I’m assuming Doddy is both of your last names? (I tried to find your info page but couldn’t find it)
I think if that is the case then she has the most awesome mom in the world. 😉

    1. Nah, I only know cause you say they are. You are my other favorite book blogger, too, just so you know. Wished you lived closer as well, so we could get coffee and books together!
Love your blog and your positivity! So glad I met you. 😘

    1. Thank you, Dean. And I wish you luck with the addition of the health info to your blog. You’re one of the rare blogs I follow that are not just book related. So thank you for following me and reading. I will always read your achievements. 🙌
